Q: HOW LONG ARE WE ON THE HORSES? A: Most rides average one hour. The overnight ride includes two-hour rides each day. Q: WHAT IS THE ACTUAL TOUR TIME? A: Excluding hotel transfers, most tours are approximately 3.5 hours. With hotel transfers, the average tour last six hours. Q: ARE CHILDREN WECOME? A: Yes, children 6 and older are welcome. Helmets are required for children ages 6-17. We do supply helmets. Q: WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES DO I NEED TO WEAR? A: Please wear long pants and comfortable, loose-fitting clothes, closed toe shoes, and a hat. In the winter months, take extra care to wear layered clothing. Q: WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO BRING? A: Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, camera, and a smile! Q: DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO DRINK? A: Bottled water is provided during all rides. Other beverages are served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Q: WE ARE A GROUP, HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ON A TOUR? A: We can accommodate up to 100 people on one tour. During the winter (Dec., Jan., Feb.), it is cold in the mornings and evenings. Always wear layered clothing and a hat. In spring and fall (Mar., April, May, Sept, Oct., Nov.) daytime temperatures are warm, but it can get cooler in the evenings and remains that way until late morning. In the summer (June, July, Aug.), it is warm to hot, but comfortable. Sunscreen and hats are a must. No matter what time of year it is, we do not permit shorts or open toed shoes. Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? A: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. However, a $25 cancellation fee per person will be charged on all cancelled rides (unless you reschedule).
